Update.....

I just don't understand it at all...I still have internet. For some reason the Phone company has forgotten to turn off my DSL, I'm not complaining, just Shocked.
We are getting an appraisel either Monday or Tuesday to see if we can refinance our house. We have cleaned the house from top to bottom. Still lots to do, but I am totally tired. Hubby and I are doing way better. It seems the time apart made us realize how much we really love each other.
We are going toput the business on the back burner and just do side jobs as they come up. We are joining the hourly work force...well as soon as we land jobs, that is. I am sooo thankful. I'm ready for some bennefits. We haven't have insurance in forever. I have also been worrying about retirement so I also hope my new job has a 401K plan too. Life looks good even if we are going through all this crap. I think the business took alot out of us. too much to worry about, and with the market as it is here, houses are just not selling. The market is saturated. There are over 5000 houses for sell in our county alone. No one is buying. Everyone selling. Another reason we want to refinance. I doubt we could sell our house in time to stay out of foreclosure.
We had a guy come knock on our door the other day. He wanted to know if I was the home owner, I say yes. He then proceeds to tell me he buys property and is interested in saving my home and hands me his card. I tell him...you know my address apparently...a letter would be appreciated. He snatched his card out of my hand and walked away...I just laughed, but was mad at the same time. Voltures...Hubby and I joked about what kind of sign we should hang on our door. I like two, "This property will leave my hands when I'm out of bullets" and then this one " We hunt voltures...Are you one? Sure you wanna knock?" I just think it is rude. Send me a letter with your offer, if I'm interested then I will get in touch with you. We have letters coming like crazy people wanting to buy our house at cost.... Our house is in a prime location and we owe less than $85,000.00 Which is a good deal since prices for houses in this area has sky rocketed. We have an over sized lot too which is rare these days. Most lots now have the houses almost touching each other. I just hope we can get the loan we need to refinance. I don't want to loose our home. We have lived in this same house ever since we moved to Florida. We rented it first then bought it from our land lord. We have been here over 8 years. Oh, well, we will go where ever the Lord has us go.
